Media Policy

At The Picnic Poet, we take great pride in the artful curation of every picnic experience. As part of our brand and marketing efforts, we reserve the right to photograph and film the picnic setup and final design of each event for use in social media, promotional materials, website content, and other marketing channels as we see fit.

By booking a picnic with The Picnic Poet, clients acknowledge and agree to this media usage policy. This includes the right to capture and share images and videos of the picnic setup, décor elements, and styled scenes, with or without clients present, depending on the content’s purpose and discretion of the brand. 

Additionally, The Picnic Poet reserves the right to use any photos or videos posted by clients to social media using the hashtag #ThePicnicPoet. By tagging content with this hashtag, clients grant permission for The Picnic Poet to repost, share, or feature the content across any of the brand’s platforms.

Clients understand and agree that they will not receive compensation, recognition, or royalties of any kind—now or in the future—for the display, reposting, or promotional use of their designed picnic, whether captured by The Picnic Poet or shared via the hashtag #ThePicnicPoet.

If a client does not wish for any part of their picnic to be photographed or shared, they must submit this request in writing at the time of booking. We respect privacy and will honor such requests when communicated clearly in advance.

This policy ensures we can continue to showcase our work, inspire future clients, and maintain a consistent brand presence that reflects the beauty and intentionality of every experience we create.
